What are the main differences?
Although Frasers Plus has many similarities with Studio Pay, there are some differences to point out.
Studio Pay
Frasers Plus
Shop online and in-store
With Studio Pay you could shop online at Studio and Ace.
You’ll be able to use Frasers Plus to shop both online and in-store across a network of Frasers Group retailers and partners. See the Where can I use Frasers Plus to find more.
If you want to shop in-store you’ll need to download the Frasers Plus app after you’ve logged in for the first time.
Instalment plans
No instalment plans, your monthly payment is calculated as a percentage of your total balance.
Each purchase will be placed on an instalment plan.
Choose to pay in full or pay in 3 months, interest free. If you need longer you can choose to pay over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, as long as the monthly instalment for the plan is at least £2.
With Frasers Plus you also have the option to replan each purchase onto a different instalment plan later. See our How do I set or change an instalment plan? FAQ for more information.
Time to pay
You have one calendar month to pay.
You have between 26 and 29 days to pay.
Paper statements
You have the option to set a preference for a paper statement or to access statements electronically.
Paper statements are not available. Payment methods
You can pay by credit or debit card, direct debit, cheque, giro, or postal order.
You can pay by bank transfer, direct debit or credit or debit card. Interest
Interest is charged based on your outstanding balance at the time your monthly statement is produced.
Interest is calculated upfront for the instalment plan you choose, so you know how much interest you'll be charged for your purchase.
Loyalty points and rewards
No loyalty points or rewards for purchases.
You get 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend. You can then turn your points into rewards using the Frasers Plus app. 500 points = £5 to spend at participating retailers.
See our Points and rewards FAQs to find out more.
